The Teachings, as transmitted through the Trainings, have the potential to connect you to the destiny of your soul and transform your life as a human being.
Most commonly the different facets of our Self are either asleep or disconnected and generally do not work as a Whole. Hence, we are unable to bring our gifts to fruition nor live our potential to the full. The Teachings guide us to confront old and limiting patterns and to take responsibility for our life.
The practise has the potential to bring unity to all your facets and fuse them into one Radiant Unity from which the light of the Teachings naturally and effortlessly emanates.
Our trainings are internationally recognised and certified by KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) – the governing body for Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
The principal Teachers are Ishwara Kaur and Kirpal Singh.
Kirpal & Ishwara are musicians, so sadhana (the early morning practise) mostly has live music. The live music is also present at other moments during the training.
Starting a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is a fundamental step.

During the training you will learn about the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga, gain an understanding of how to use these wonderful tools for transformation and become informed on how to teach the practises in an appropriate way.
The Aquarian Age; Sadhana (Daily practise); The Science of Sound; The Student/Teacher Relationship; Teaching a Kundalini Yoga Class; Postures; Yogic Lifestyle; The Art of Conscious Breathing; Mind and Meditation; Spiritual Anatomy; Western Anatomy; Yogic Philosophy; The Ten Facets/Virtues of a Human Being.
The day is divided up by breakfast, lunch and dinner. To begin the day we come together at 5am for our morning practise. This is comprised of the following: a prayer, a kriya (exercises); relaxation; 62 minutes of singing meditation with live music. After breakfast and lunch there are teaching modules and maybe a shorter session after dinner. Additionally there are breaks throughout the day as well as some physical yoga practise. The Teaching is experiential and students are invited to share their experience and perspectives and to ask questions bringing transformation as well as learning for everyone.
Level 1 is a 220 hour course – 180 hours in the classroom and 40 hours of home study. On completion of all elements of the course you will be issued with a certificate.
