Karam Kriya for Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a very practical experience of the spirit coming into the body.  It enhances your physical organism and wakes up your dormant Potential (Kundalini).  The interaction between body and spirit, spirit and body is based on universal principles that you can study.  Sacred Numerology – Karam Kriya is a way to relate to these principles through number awareness.  During your Kundalini Yoga practise you can experience and align yourself to them.  Your mind will become able to understand what your body experiences.  The principles are available to guide and deepen your Kundalini Yoga practise.

Karam Kriya 4 Kundalini Yoga is a training open for all Yogis and Yoginis.  It is for those who love Kundalini Yoga and want to experience it on deeper levels.

If you are already a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, the training will connect you to the foundations of the Level 1 Teaching and give you a deeper understanding of how the Teachings always refer back to their origin and anchorage in the universal principles.
